Friendly and accommodating

The landlord is very nice and communicative about everything! No hassle with contracts or paperwork. Good location super close to stores, the highway, and restaurants. Dedicated fridge and pantry space. The house is clean and quiet, the rooms are cozy and furnished, and the bathrooms are very nice. Stayed for 3 months with zero troubles! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Clean home, no pets, resources available, host responsive

Mark was super responsive with communications. House was clean and had all the supplies needed to cook and do laundry. 2 bathrooms available. Easy location in Pasco and right off highway. Rooms supplied with everything I needed linen, towels, hangers, dresser. Each room came supplied with plenty of plugs and a good sized television. I stayed in the first room off the living area, only downfall to that room is you can hear everything from living areas as well as light shines through. It was shared space and mostly everyone was respectful of the space.

The landlord was very accommodating. I needed a to move on a short notice was able to make my stay work, even with it being short. Shared spaces are kept clean and landlord is very responsive to questions/requests

Great place and location

Mark is a very responsive and friendly host. Have not used a furnished finder until now. Everything was quick and easy. We set up a time to video chat to ensure pictures and descriptions align. Mark is very easy going and allows you to have your own personal space as needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and allows me to have peace of mind. Thank you so much for allowing me to stay in your home.

Mark is an exceptional host. A real considerate person. Easy going. He always clean and tedious regarding any need you bring to him.

Great Stay

Really nice house! Very big TV, fully furnished kitchen with a nice blender, crepe maker, etc. We got a private bathroom with a nice wall in the shower that had lots of shelves. Already had blankets and bedding, a nice couch that kicks back. Already has cleaning supplies and a nice vacuum. There are lots of amazing spices and tea mixes, and he even had pancake mix and a waffle maker. You could move in here and you wouldn't need to bring anything with you! He's also a really friendly and nice guy. There's even some house plants and a frappuccino maker. There are chargers that go flat and pop out of the tables. My husband and I were between housing at the time, and this was a really nice place to take online classes and get to know the area before we got different housing. Thanks for the stay!
