Simple Pleasures was the perfect place for me to stay during my summer internship in Melbourne! Jamie was a lovely host and showed me around the area. Great location too; its close to plenty of restaurants and the cute downtown Melbourne area and being 10 minutes from the beach was a great bonus. The apartment itself was very nice and spacious and I would love to rent here again if Im ever back in Melbourne!

I rented this property from Mrs.B on 10/01/2023 everything was going well until 1/06/2024 while I was at work she came into the property on her own decided to clean it without asking , I felt very violated so I started looking for another place , I installed camera one in the living room and one in the bedroom , gave her notice I would be leaving on 4/2024 I was paid in full until then . Mrs. B came into the apartment in March went thru my drawers, my laundry and took the bedding off of my bed threw it on the floor then remade the bed . I felt extremely violated . That's not all she did but it is what I have proof of

Simply Pleasures Amazing Apartment

I really enjoyed staying at Js simple pleasures apartment. J and her husband are amazing! They are very friendly and respectful. I stayed in the apartment for three months while on a travel assignment. The apartment is on a quiet street very close to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and the Melbourne mall. I met a few of the neighbors and they are very friendly too. I loved everything about this apartment especially the large walk in closet and private backyard. They even have a friendly pet tortoise that likes to come and visit. I would definitely rent the place again. I will miss J but will definitely stay in touch. Thanks J and K for being awesome!!
