Great landlords

I have stayed here 6 months by the time my 2nd contract ends and Jay is absolutely on top of things! Any issues he is there to correct quickly and efficiently....for example the Keurig didn't work when I arrived and he bought a new one that day! They truly do want you to be comfortable! I would recommend staying here if you need a place cuz it doesn't get any better than this! The wildlife in the yard periodically makes you forget you live in the city...this house is tucked back into the woods away from noise and the hustle and bustle of the city!

Home away from home

This is a great property that I would highly recommend to anyone. I stayed here for 6 months while working at the local hospital. Jay and Kyla are very nice and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The location is perfect for anyone working at the hospital. It is within minutes to the hospital and town, but yet you are far enough away that you feel like you are in a rural area. The town has everything you could need within a few minutes drive. The property is beautiful and well maintained and in a very quiet neighborhood. The home is very nice, and spacious. The kitchen has all the appliances you could possibly need. There is plenty of storage and closet space. Having on site laundry is an added bonus. You do share the laundry room with the upstairs tenant, but there was never a problem with scheduling time. Having access to the garage was also a bonus being there during the winter months. If I am ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here!

A perfect spot for the professional

This is a great property that I would recommend to anyone. The owners are kind and easy to work with. The location is perfect. It is in a nice secluded affluent neighborhood just off the highway and close to regional hospitals. The woods really are beautiful and there are nice running trails and a gym nearby. The home itself is very nice and the apartment is generously sized. It is clean, large, and the a/c works great. The kitchen is nice and it is easy to cook in. There is plenty of storage and closet space. The laundry is super nice, and sharing the laundry room was no problem at all. Having covered parking in the garage is also so convenient . It feels like home!

Amazing stay

Great property that is quick drive to downtown Iowa City and University campus. Kyla and Jay were great hosts and were attentive and responsive to any concerns that came up. Property was clean, safe, and well kept. Would definitely stay here again
