I could not have asked for a better place to stay while in Nashville. Lia was an amazing host and she exceeded my expectations! The place was also clean and well maintained. It had everything I needed and then some. Any problems that I had she worked hard to get them fixed immediately. I felt extremely safe. I can't recommend Lia and her place enough!

Loved It!

Absolutely loved this stay. Lower level of her house. Had everything I needed and was decorated very cozy and cute! Very clean and well maintained. Lia was very responsive with questions and had great communication! Shared laundry room and host was very respectful of maintaining privacy and respectful of working different hours. Has driveway with parking in the back, closer to the entrance. Always felt safe here. 10/10 will stay here again if I do return to the area.

Comfy and Cozy!

This apartment is so spacious, comfortable, and cozy! It is a full walk-out basement, with private parking right next to the door. No stairs! Laundry is in the basement and shared with the single owner. Full kitchen, with the exception of an oven, but air fryer and toaster oven provided! It was very easy to prepare meals for one on the touch-countertop burners. Comfy queen bed, extra large closet, and a GORGEOUS bathroom with walk-in shower. This apartment is located 13-14 minutes from St. Thomas West, and is a very easy commute. Being so close to downtown Nashville, there is plenty to do on days off. The owner is very easy to communicate with and is always willing to help in any way! I highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again!
