Charming Southern Townhouse - GREAT LOCATION, within minutes to Downtown, Beaches and Parks!

Perfect Charleston Stay. Great Location & Excellent Host

I absolutely loved my stay here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a furnished rental in Charleston, especially for a longer stay. The house is comfortable, well maintained, and has everything you need. The appliances are modern, the kitchen is well stocked, and the furniture is comfortable and in great condition. The location is fantastic. Its on a quiet street thats great for walks, with a pond nearby. The Pour House, its Sunday farmers market, and several great bars and restaurants are all within easy walking Downtown Charleston and Folly Beach are both easy to get to. Johns Island, grocery stores, and plenty of restaurants are also close by. The property manager was friendly, responsive, and always quick to help. Overall, this was an outstanding place to stay, and Id gladly stay here again.

Perfect Stay - Location, Furniture, Landlord all A+

I stayed in this unit for over a year because I liked it so much. The landlord is very communicative and will help you with anything you need. The house is fully stocked with everything you need. The 2 bedrooms upstairs and very good size and has a full bath in between. Plenty of closet space to. The downstairs area is a big space as well with room for a full size dining table between the living room and kitchen. The backyards is a nice fenced in area as well. The location is great, right off Maybank and walking distance to several restaurants as well as easy access to Downtown, Johns Island, West Ashley and James Island. Could not recommend this place enough
