Charming Duplex
This duplex is perfect! Its charming, well kept, clean, spacious and the location couldnt be more amazing! The landlord, C is VERY attentive! He was a great communicator and was there when I needed him. I stayed here for 11 months while on a travel assignment at Banner University. Its less than a mile away from the hospital. Its centrally located and near the coolest restaurants, bars and coffee shops. I highly recommend this historic and charming duplex. Im sure youll love it as much as I did :) Be sure to take advantage of all the fun things to do in the city of Phoenix and the surrounding areas. Enjoy!
