Great place with excellent landlord

Our experience at Josh's duplex was great. It had most of what we needed in terms of furnishings, is pet friendly, well located. We were able to walk to the gym every morning because it was so close. Josh was always a very considerate, responsive landlord. He was quick to address any issues and always checked with us before going over to do yard work. We were trying to sell our home and Josh was so good at being flexible with us on our lease timeline. Very grateful to him for working with us as we were uncertain for a while how long we would stay. He also waived the cleaning fee for us when we moved out because we left the duplex very clean, and got us our deposit back very promptly. We especially enjoyed the backyard patio. Keep in mind the duplex does not have some common appliances, like a toaster or blender, which wasn't a problem for us because we had our own.

Awesome spot!

Great spacious townhome, everything was perfect. Fenced yard was a major bonus for my pups! Location was great as well, could walk to the gym, some food, and was close access to all of south Austin. Josh is a great landlord and took care of any issues immediately, was extremely professional, and a breeze to communicate with. Would recommend to anyone!

This was the perfect home for my fianc and I while we adjusted to our new city! We rented for one month with our dog and had such a great experience. Josh was a fantastic landlord on all fronts. He communicated effectively, always made himself available to answer any questions or tips about the city, and was so easy going/flexible. The home itself was just what we needed. The yard is the perfect oasis to give you a nice homey feeling. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding area and can't thank Josh enough for allowing us to stay at this perfect spot!

Great Place!

This is a beautiful and well-maintained home in a great location. The host is super helpful and responsive. If you have any questions, he will be able to answer. I recommend this place 10/10.

Home away from home

It was the best location along with the best hospitality! Josh the owner was always responsive and friendly. 10/10 recommendation. We are 8 hrs away from home and new to a big city but we felt right at home staying on Deatonhill. Neighborhood is good perfectly around shopping, movies, food and a few bars.

Perfect Place to Stay

This place is perfect! Plenty of room, great backyard, in a quiet suburb that's close to everything in South Austin. J is incredibly attentive and was there for anything I needed. Can't recommend this place enough!
