This little studio was one of the best places I have ever stayed! It was private, comfortable, safe, and newly renovated! K was an excellent host! Anytime I needed anything she was always there to help or answer questions. The rent price was great for how private it is and for the location. You are right near the beach and right on the 2nd street where everything is happening! Shopping, food, drinks, whatever you want is within walking distance! I cant say enough great things about this property! wish I could have stayed there longer!

Cute, Convenient and Comfy!

Love this place! Incredibly cute space containing everything you could want and need. The location is perfect and is only outmatched by the host's care and responsiveness.

Everything you need! A gem!

Wow! What an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The host has truly thought of every detail to make the stay comfortable. The studio was immaculate, the bed was comfy, the decor was modern and cute, and it had everything we needed! Kal, the host, was so welcoming and accommodating. She gave us great recommendations for the area and was responsive to any inquiry we had. (She also has an amazingly cute rescue pup that regularly greeted us with a wagging tail!) The location is perfect: walking distance from a cool street with restaurants and shops, the beach, and the bay! There's a cute balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee (or evening wine) watching the neighborhood activity. This cozy studio exceeded our expectations; we couldn't have asked for more. We are sure to return! If you're looking for a comfortable spot to call home for however long, don't hesitate!
