Lakeshore House - Private In Law Suite - Seperate Everything

Not recommend for Non Smokers

If you have ANY sensitivity or allergic to smoke, I do not recommend this property. Although its a cute little 1br, in a quiet area, and private, the heating/cooling vents are not disconnected between the 2 units, therefore when the attached unit would smoke on their closed in porch, it would come through the vents and into this unit. I was told they smoke, not in the house, but was not told of the shared vents and they smoked on the closed in porch. I am highly sensitive and allergic to smoke. I was scheduled for 3 wks, but due to the smoke I had to leave check out early, even though I was paid up for 3 weeks.
