Great Stay!
We stayed here for 6 months. It was the perfect downtown feel. We walked to the park nearby, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, workout classes, etc. I worked from home/took client calls and never felt like we were in a loud part of the city! Landlord was super communicative and kind. Provided us with recommendations upon move-in as we moved from California. There is one garage parking spot for tenant (there were 2 of us) so I ended up purchasing a city spot for $60 that is good for a year. (They only ticketed in the summer during soccer games so after 2 tickets and a friend getting one, the pass was worth it), but in the winter months, you could probably get by with no permit. Overall, this was a wonderful stay & we really enjoyed exploring OTR/downtown!
