i stayed here for about 3 months. Everything was great till One day the owner texts me saying i have to be moved out by the 15th of january. It was the 9th when she told me this. she went on the explain that the laundry room has to go under construction. She never even came to look at it she just said that's what had to happen. Mind you the laundry room belongs to the upper unit and the only reason i was able to use it was because my sister in law was staying there. I told her my situation how i'm pregnant and only have one vehicle right now and that it's too much of a short notice. and all she said was "sorry." I ended up getting some legal advice and what she was doing was illegal by law she had to give us 30 day notice. later she did offer to give us part of the rent back but still had to be moved out by the 15th or she will let us stay till the 1st but still would have to pay rent.
