Very large daylight basement apartment in West Seattle in Arbor heights neighborhood. A great alternative to apartment complexes. This is more than a "room" or a "studio" this is a very large space. With private entrance, bathroom and own laundry, and a dedicated off street parking spot ( in my driveway) just for you and close to your front door.

The house is in a quiet friendly & safe neighborhood. Tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac and near a bus stop that runs to downtown ,this property is very quiet. You will have a 1 minute walk to the bus stop (22 bus line) to/from downtown. I am 7-8 miles from all First Hill hospitals and a 30-40 min commute via car depending on lights and traffic. There is a 5 min drive to Safeway, QFC, Mod Pizza, Target, restaurants, USPS...

Loved this place!
I stayed here for 3 months and would've easily stayed longer if my contract allowed. The place is very cozy, and very well lit given that it's a basement unit. The space is great and includes everything you could possibly need. I worked at Harborview and the commute was about 20-25 minutes for dayshift. Fitness 19 is the closest gym and they do 3-month memberships. This place is amazing and perfectly located.

Pleasant and quiet location in white center. Separate unit that remains cozy during the winter months and cool in the summer. Great location to get your essentials quickly with shopping centers nearby and is in close proximity to parks. Has short commutes to downtown or ferry rides. A great place for travelers looking for convenience.

Jen's place could not have been more perfect for what we were looking fir in Seattle. A great location, and much more spacious than you would think with a true studio. Plenty of kitchen and living room space with a separate area for storage, clothes and relaxing. She has a beautiful yard and neighborhood in a great location in only a 5 minute drive to the beach and water at Lincoln Park, and an easy 15 minute drive to downtown. Jen herself could not have been more accommodating and friendly to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the area and a genuine good hearted person, we enjoyed talking with her anytime we ran into her. She made our stay very comfortable and welcoming.
