Mark's house was fully equipped as far as furniture, linens, and kitchenware, didn't have to add much over the last year plus. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the Max, Peninsula Park, bars, yoga studio, supermarket, and easy access to the highway. Nice peaceful backyard with a grill was an added bonus. Mark was always responsive and quick to resolve any issues we had (there weren't many). A perfect space for two people and the guest room and basement allows for extra storage. Brand new heating/cooling system as well. On street parking was never an issue either in the neighborhood

M's spot is a well furnished, cozy abode surrounded by lush landscaping that is well maintained only 10 minutes from downtown (driving). Great location close to Peninsula Park, Mississippi, Killingsworth - alot of options for food, drink, and rec. M's easy going and responsive. 5 out of 5 stars across the board.
