I recently spent six weeks in a delightful furnished apartment near Portsmouth, NH, and it was nothing short of wonderful. Ideal for singles or couples, the apartment combines comfort with functionality in a well designed space. Every necessity is thoughtfully provided in this modern, well-maintained apartment. It's a perfect blend of homeliness and practicality, making it an excellent choice for both one month or extended stays. The lovely yard and porch are the cherries on top. The well-kept yard is perfect for relaxation or enjoying a bit of outdoor time, and the porch offers a tranquil space for a morning coffee or unwinding in the evenings. The addition of a garage is a convenient bonus, particularly for storage and ease during different weather conditions. The landlords are remarkable in their care and responsiveness. Any need or question I had was promptly and efficiently addressed, adding significantly to the quality of my stay. I would highly recommend this rental.

This apartment is IDEAL! Great location, well-furnished, clean and well maintained. The landlord is extremely responsive and friendly, but not at all intrusive. We enjoyed being able to walk into town to enjoy all that Portsmouth has to offer: great restaurants, live music, library, museums and shopping. Being close to NH beaches, and UNH and a short drive to parks and mountains is a big plus too. Furniture is comfy, desk area perfect and great for WFH. Internet is FAST and consistent. Appliances are clean and all work well. In addition, the property offers a great spot for relaxing and enjoying the seasons of Seacoast NH. This apartment is a great value, especially in comparison to others in the area.
