Being retired 50-something single lady, and wanting to enjoy some warmer winters while on a budget, this home was the perfect landing spot! Very lovely and communicative landlord, comfy private and safe area. I spent 2 seasons there and adored it. As an option to driving, I liked that the bus stop is only min 15 walk with connections to Indian Rocks beach, trolleys up and down the Sun-coast, malls, grocers, etc. I would definitely rent from Laura again!
