This house is not for the faint of heart. The owners are amazing, the neighbors are awesome and the house truly is only a 4 minute walk to the beach. However, this home needs serious updating; not just the furniture(some of which was falling apart) but the flooring, bath and kitchen need updating because its so old even kitchen cabinets were falling off hinges. I don't want to convey too many negatives because the owner did take advice and was in the process of updating some of the furniture to include new pots/pans n the kitchen upon our departure(we were there for six months). Therefore, I trust that they are conscientious enough to update his home.
