Apartment 2B

My girlfriend and I stayed in apartment 2B for about 6 months and it was excellent. It was comfortable, it had plenty of space and everything worked properly. The property manager, James, was very helpful and responsive. I would happily stay there again.

My Stay at the Tree house Studio

I had a fantastic stay at this studio apartment. The space was clean, modern, and thoughtfully arranged, making it feel both cozy and functional. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the small kitchen area had everything I needed for quick meals. The location was greatquiet and safe, yet close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. It made getting around incredibly easy. I also appreciated the smooth check-in process and clear communication; the host was friendly, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed. Overall, this studio was the perfect home base for my trip. Id happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Treehouse Apartment

I stayed in the treehouse apartment and absolutely LOVED the natural light coming in. The apartment is situated in a lovely location where you are minutes from downtown and midtown. Also in walking distance from a park. James is wonderful to work with and responds quickly and efficiently and made my move to KCMO a breeze! I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent Temporary Housing!

From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home, which was extremely important as I was going through cancer treatments. Everything was clean, well-kept and stocked. The landlord is very responsive to questions, has a positive attitude and is a great communicator. He was sensitive to the reason for my stay and was supportive of our needs. He had performed preventative maintenance on the AC unit and sprayed for summertime bugs so the unit was set for the summer! I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it!

James and his team are great! Very responsive, and present to make sure things are going smoothly for their tenants. Puts in effort to make sure everyone lives comfortably. Reataraunts, bars, entertainment are so close by. Fun area

Great Place!!

This is a great place to stay. Property owners were amazing and responded quickly. The place itself is so beautiful. The neighborhood is great. Neighbors are very nice. 10/10 recommend for anyone coming to Kansas.

Clean, comfortable, good location proximity to several hospitals

A clean, comfortable and stylish place to stay. Well stocked. Nice sheets. Central to hospitals. If you like the night life, its right in the middle of all it. Westport, the plaza and Downtown just a few minutes away. Safety with 2 doors with locks was very helpful. Parking off street is a huge bonus! Only reason for 4 stars: No broom/vac, thin walls/min insulation causes temp to be hard to regulate, even with central heat/air. The area is busy, so it is loud. And neighborhood dogs and the animal friendly house are lively. You may consider earplugs. Theres no property manager so issues are addressed by out of state landlord and may take several days or DYI. The claw foot tub is inviting and the shower is nice, but peeling tub paint and a nonfunctional stopper prevent relaxing sudsy baths unfortunately. But yes, overall, a nice clean place if youre looking for close to hospitals and enjoy going out.
