Great place!!!

Sarah was a lovely host and her house is very nice!!! Beautiful garden in both the front and back yards. Quiet neighborhood and only a short walk to the light rail station. Her home is clean and the bedroom I rented was very comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and made it easy to prepare my meals at home. There’s a cozy dining area that looks out onto the back deck and yard. The kitchen and dining area have a lot of natural light. I was very happy staying here.

Oasis is right

Sarah was an excellent communicator and a pleasure to deal with. Her place is quiet, private, and located in a friendly neighborhood just a 10-minute walk from the light railplus, having a designated parking spot was a huge plus! The kitchen is amazing, and the bed and bedding are incredibly comfortable & so cute. I also loved the beautiful, peaceful garden, which is perfect for anytime of the year. I'll be back! Highly recommend.

Homey and Cozy stay

This gorgeous home and garden has lots of personality and comfort. The light is beautiful when it streams in through the large eat-in kitchen, where dancing is always welcome. The beds and bedding were super comfy after long days of hiking and sight-seeing. And I must mention the shower has amazing pressure - so nice to wake up to. Sarah is an excellent host- always anticipating what you might need or want. We had never met before our visit, but we left as friends.

Quiet Garden Oasis

My intention was to stay for one month, I ended up staying 9 months and it was tough leaving, it felt like home. The house is beautiful inside and out. Ideal for accessing freeways and bus lines quickly. Pedestrian and bike friendly neighborhood. Sarah is a lovely, considerate housemate. A wonderful place to experience Seattle.
