Great 5 month Stay

I am currently 5 months in to a 7 month stay at this location. I am a travel nurse working at the nearby hospitals. Communication with the host is fast and they are very responsive and helpful. Any issue has been resolved within that same week but I have had only one or two requests in the time that I have been here. The fence in the back of the property needed some fixing and it was replaced in a short amount of time. The owners pay close attention to the property and your needs as a guest. I stayed through the winter and had no issues with heating. Going into the summer now and no problems keeping the house cool. Washer and dryer is located on the property, no sound issues with the other units in the building, parking is not a problem, and the house is wonderfully furnished. Internet and utilities included! I have no complaints and would highly recommend staying here if you are traveling for work or study nearby.
