Our family of three has had the pleasure of living in this wonderful apartment since January 2024. From the moment we moved in, we felt right at home, thanks to our amazing landlord, Sarah. She has been incredibly nice, understanding, and flexible, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Her dedication to maintaining the home and the backyard is evident, making the property even more enjoyable. The apartment itself is spacious and was perfect for us during our professional orientation and travel period. One thoughtful gesture from Sarah was removing the small bed in one of the bedrooms, allowing us to set up our baby daughters bed and decorate the room just for her. This small touch made a huge difference in helping us feel more at home. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, and conveniently located place to stay in Oakland. Sarahs hospitality and the apartments features made our time here truly memorable.
