HUGE Space, Safe Location, Awesome Recliners

I got a travel position in Conway and my husband and I wanted to stay in Myrtle Beach - the drive to the hospital is about 20 minutes from the condo. The landlord is so sweet and accommodating. The space is HUGE with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large open living/dining room and kitchen. We love the balcony views of the golf course. Mail and packages deliver without any issues. We feel very safe here and we can walk to a couple pretty trails right from the apartment. The couches both have 2 seats that recline and there's also a large lazy boy" type recliner that's extremely comfortable! The washer and dryer work great and there's tons of closet space. Kitchen has all of the essentials. There are lots of linens and towels available as well. No issues with noise and all of the people that live in this building seem very friendly! We have one vehicle and never have issues finding a spot. We have adored living here and will be very sad to leave! Grateful to have stumbled across this listing

This apartment is fantastic! Sooooo much room! The beds are very comfortable. the neighborhood is very nice and I did not feel unsafe there AT ALL and I was traveling as a single female. Super great location to the beach, attractions and Grand Strand Hospital. Kitchen was well stocked and it has so much counter space! Beautiful porch with comfortable chairs. Landlord is super kind.
