Comfy LaZ-Boy recliner and reclining sofa face the gas fireplace and TV for your entertainment, plus the tall windows have a view of The Bay only one block away!

Roomy living room leads into the dining room and patio doors to the balcony. Turn and enter the walk-through kitchen with breakfast bar and comfy swivel leather stools. Two sofas and LaZ-Boy recliner provide lots of relaxation to enjoy the beach and boating art and charm.

The Dining room has a granite table for 4 plus a credenza for food buffet or other items. Van Gogh painting over the mirror plus a Monet above the door add old world charm. The view of the Chesapeake Bay from the balcony is so fascinating and constantly different with passing boats and ships and changing weather.

Your view Of the Chesapeake Bay is a wonderful added bonus to your stay at the Shoreline Villas By The Bay! It never gets old seeing ships of all sizes passing in both directions, either heading to the International Terminals up the Bay, or to ports around the world via the Atlantic Ocean! Enjoy the SHOW

Convenient walk-through Kitchen with every appliance you want or need. Super efficient layout too. Nice upgraded granite counters with white porcelain sink and new gooseneck faucet. Beautiful glass cabinet doors.

Comfortable queen bed with 3" My Pillow topper that makes anyone fall right to sleep! New sheets, blanket, pillows, and comforter. Beach vibe with local touches, including nautical chart of the Chesapeake Bay and satellite view of the Outer Banks!

Beautiful antique stained glass diffuses the bright sunlight that pours into the condo from the West!

Antique fold-down desk is convenient and traditional. The new TV can remain there for comfortable viewing from bed, or be placed elsewhere as desired.

Roomy shower tub and sink for your relaxing end or beginning of the day.

Who doesn't love Lighthouses!

Second sink and vanity for all your cosmetic and hygiene needs. Large Linen and blanket closet is opposite the vanity for convenient storage of your hanging clothes.

Three story condo with ground floor garage, 12 units, plus rooftop deck with 3 picnic tables and umbrellas, plus view of the entire Chesapeake Bay all the way North to the Eastern Shore!

Close-up of the Pound Net taken from my boat. It is a circle of poles from which hangs a heavy duty net. It has an opening on the edge facing the beach that has a cone shaped net inside, Just beyond that is a long "fence" of poles heading to the beach with a net hanging in the water. schools of fish hit the net and head out and get caught in the Pound. They are harvested later by watermen on the "Jolly Roger" (pictured later)

Beach Access 1/2 block from the condo! Just head towards the Seagate Colony high rise condo to the left of the garage, and enjoy the view and breeze!

Your entrance tom the Best Beach on the Bay! This is facing West towards the Lynnhaven Fishing Pier and the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel beyond! Beach houses and a few big condos line the beach all the way to the Lesner Bridge at the Lynnhaven Inlet.

View from my old motor yacht heading North on the Lynnhaven River to the Lesner Bridge and the Lynnhaven Inlet. Several great seafood restaurants on both ends of the bridge.

Virginia Pilot Association launch boats at the East foot of the bridge. Their mission is to deliver Ship Pilots to the various freighters and Naval vessels entering the Bay and Hampton Roads waterways heading to various Piers and Terminals. The Pilot goes aboard and takes over command of the ship to safely pilot the ship through the shifting shoals of the Bay and Rivers to their destination.

The "Jolly Roger" waterman fishing boat docked at Bubbas and Shellfish Market next to the Virginia Pilots and other restaurants. The crew of the JR pulls 2 skiffs out to the Pound Nets to untie the Pound Net and scoop the fish unto the deck. That's when they cull the catch, keeping the legal sized fish of the correct in-season species, and throwing overboard the live fish or sea turtles or sharks that they can't sell. Very humane way to harvest the bounty of the Bay! The Indigenous Peoples in the area invited this method of fishing, and taught it to the early English settlers!

Sunset peek-a-boo through the Lynnhaven Pier Cafe windows that MikesMarineCustomCanvas built back in 1996! Our first big job! We replaced them every 10 years after the first set-they withstood every Hurricane and Nor'easter, even though the pier didn't always survive totally intact!!
