I had a nice big room with a king size bed during my stay. Very clean house and great family! Steve and his parents were very nice. Their house is close to the mall, grocery stores, restaurants and to Natividad Medical Center which made it really convenient for me as a traveler.
About the landlord

Me and wife are in our early 60s, our kids have moved out and we have a huge 6 bedroom house in a very desirable and quite neighborhood. We have decided to rent 4 rooms In which 1 is a huge master bedroom.
