Quiet Bronx Unit with Great Landlord

I stayed here for 8 weeks during a clinical rotation and it was a great home base for an extended stay. Finding short-term housing in the Bronx was surprisingly challenging, so I really appreciated how responsive and easy to communicate with the landlord was from the beginning. The apartment is cozy, comfortable, and well stocked with everything I needed. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the shower was fantastic, with great water pressure and a rainfall showerhead. Having both laundry and parking was also a huge plus and made day-to-day life much easier. What stood out most was how accommodating the landlord was. During a major heat wave, I asked if I could get a fan and he went above and beyond and brought in an additional AC unit instead. Anytime something came up, he was quick to respond and genuinely helpful. I would definitely recommend this place, especially for a rotation, temporary work assignment, or extended stay in the Bronx.

Cozy unit with a comfortable bed

The hosting family was incredibly welcoming and the unit was very comfortable and cozy. I was working long ER hours so it was nice to have a private unit with my own entrance so I didn't disturb anyone else. Everything is just as pictured and it felt as comfortable as a home with the amenities of a hotel. Plenty of towels, sheets/blankets, robes, and slippers were supplied. I appreciated having the smart TV for my decompression needs. It's in a quiet neighborhood and the bed was so comfortable that I didn't mind being away from home.
