New, Clean, and Modern 1 Bedroom/Studio in safe convenient location

Phenomenal Stay and Hosts!

This studio is absolutely amazing. It has everything you could possibly need and does not feel like a studio whatsoever. The floor plan is very well designed and makes the place feel very open and comfortable. It is very close to the hospital I was working at and had any stores I could need within a short drive. To top everything off, the hosts are absolutely amazing. They are always quick to respond, respect your privacy, welcoming, and very friendly. I could not recommended this property enough! If you are planning on spending any time in the Medford area this is the place to stay!

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. The place was amazing. I was here for a total of about 7 months while traveling in the valley. The hosts made me feel so welcome and they helped me with my dog so much which meant the world to me. The place itself was great, spacious, super clean, has everything you need and more. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great size. You have plenty of storage for clothing and such. The location was also great, it was close to the I5 exit and close to town as well. Neighborhood is quiet and I always felt safe walking my dog at all hours day or night. It was so nice having my own parking spot as well. Katie would respond to messages so fast I never had to wait for answers or anything. I highly recommend this place. And would stay again. :)

Perfect studio inCentral point!

The property is located in a very central location close to the hospitals in Medford and many food options close by! The hosts are very welcoming with anything you could need. They helped me accommodate my golden retriever and for that I was super thankful. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and amazing stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Stay

A wonderful stay. The studio does not feel like a studio. The bed is super comfy. The floor plan is well designed m, it does not feel like a studio. . Great location in a safe walkable neighborhood. Your own parking space in the driveway. 5min to the hospital I was at. Close to all shopping needs. K response quickly to emails. Her studio will have everything you need for you stay. I would def stay again if I ever end up back in Medford

I had a wonderful stay here. The place is beautifully decorated, private and had everything I needed. The owners were very friendly and quick to respond to my requests. I would highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect home with amazing owner's

I absolutely would recommend this property to anyone looking in the area. It is in a nice quiet area, and the room itself is spacious and comfortable, and had everything I could possibly need. Very comfortable room, kitchen full of every supply you need, big living room. Overall the place was amazing and I would look forward to coming home to it at the end of the day. The owners are the most kind and generous people too. They often checked in with me via text to see how things were going and if I needed anything. They were very kind and even went out of the way to bring in a new heater without asking when I mentioned the previous one was a bit difficult. They went above and beyond every step of the way to make me feel welcome while still giving me all my own space and privacy. Once again I had a great experience and would recommend this property to anyone!
