Wonderfully located, and wonderful landlords

I moved in very quickly and Ann was there to greet me. It looked exactly as the photos, and the back yard was so lovely. It's a very efficient apartment. Best of all, it's wonderfully located so close to everything! Any issue that surfaced, Ann and her husband were right there to handle it and things set to rights. They also gave great information and advice. I really appreciated that. Even after I had moved, she emailed me to thank me for the "sparkling clean" condition and returned my deposit in full. On father's day, she sent me an email (my father passed just as I moved out) with such kind words from the heart. They are lovely landlords, and really good people. I also have to confess that I left a bit of heart behind with the wonder Golden next door whose Mom & Dad let us open the connecting gate and play. He's the best! And extremely well behaved! Miss you very much, Griswald! Thank you, Ann. I've loved everything about WA since I landed at your door.

Beautiful and modern home in Tacoma

Anns property was modern, spacious, clean and conveniently located. The backyard and patio were perfect for relaxing when the weather was nice. Throughout our stay she was accommodating and communicative, we couldnt have asked for a better host!

Amazing Experience

This is a beautiful property with a great yard - plenty of room for people and their pets. The owners just entirely renovated the inside, with brand new high end appliances, the whole space is incredibly nice. The internet was super fast and reliable. The AC was wonderful on those hot summer days. And about the owners - just wow! Ann was so kind and incredibly responsive to all my questions. I didn't have any issues or problems, but I know if I had she would've have taken care of them immediately. I had been looking for a furnished place for a while - I feel so lucky that I found this place and Ann! 10/10 would recommend.
