Amazing Rental

The house was clean, very well stocked, and had everything needed for a long stay. The location was great and Jeff was always helpful whenever something came up.

Perfect location

We very much enjoyed our 2 month stay in the Greenwood with the setting of beautiful mature trees in the heart of Manhattan. The home has every necessity and Jeff was great to work with. He answers right away in the event of any need or question. The best part is being able to travel with our fur babies!

Stay in June. 2025- August 2025

I stayed here when I transferred to Manhattan for work. My. stay was 2 months and some change. I really enjoyed my stay and it was good to have a place to stay as I waited on my apartment. I had really no issues and the small things that came up Jeff was quick to respond and follow up on that.

There are no words that can describe how wonderful this property is along with the land lords! The communication, easy, concise, and clear. Anytime there was an issue, I could text or call the landlords and the issue was felt with, within that day if not, the next. Everything was very pleasant and felt like I was at home. Couple not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended this LP property.

Jeff was a great host and his place was a perfect place to stay! It had everything I needed and in a great location and would definitely stay again in the future.

Convenient, Comfortable, and Well-Hosted!

I stayed here for a month during my clinical rotations for school, and it was a fantastic experience! The space had everything I needed and was conveniently located close to everything. Jeff and Aimee were incredibly helpful and responsivealways replying within minutes. They were kind, attentive, and truly made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

Manhattan Charm

We spent a few months in this unit and it was an incredible experience! The unit was very clean and the host was great addressing the few needs we had. This unit was convenient to everything that Manhattan and KSU has to offer. Great stay! Ryan
