Charged a month AFTER stay

In addition to all of the things listed in the review above. We were just charged $110 a month AFTER our stay with no explanation. Would NOT recommend staying at any properties associated with Pure Suites! Communication is non-existent. Can't walk across the floors in white socks without them immediately turning black. Large roach found in bath tub. I reached out after maintenance men started showing up unannounced for requested and unrequested maintenance to simply ask for a heads up since I am a young woman working from home and was met with "I would like to advise you that if you dont want maintenance, please dont request it, and they wont come to your unit". Mind you it clearly states in the contract "reasonable notice" will be given. If you challenge them they wont respond and are obviously retaliating with these random charges now. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Pretty nasty

Stayed here for 3 months and hated every moment. Poor communication, miscellaneous charges, and very dirty. Bugs everywhere, occasionally found very large roaches. Hard to make any complaints because we were scared of some sort of retaliation. You could tell the unit had been empty based off the smell, lights falling out the ceiling, and stove top shattered after a month. Never notified of things going on at the apartment because there was no communication, and you can ask the actual property manager because they tell you not to talk to anyone at the apartment complex or you get charged. Pool always down for maintenance and the gym is tiny.
