Unsafe and Misleading

This was one of the most stressful & unsafe rental experiences Ive ever had. I rented this property as a furnished family rental & it was not honestly represented. Within days we were dealing w/ squatters, concerning activity next door, discarded needles, urine containers, harassment, police involvement, & people behaving erratically near my children. The property was also dirty upon arrival. I sent clear photos/videos & asked for cleaning support/supplies, which were never properly addressed. Instead of offering solutions, reimbursement, or relocation help, the response was essentially that we could leave if unhappy. The host also stated in so many words that she looked me up before renting to me & because Im an attractive woman, I needed to keep my guard up. As a single woman w/ children, that was incredibly unsettling. This caused significant emotional stress, disrupted work, & forced us to urgently find new housing.

Perfect Stay.

Perfect place for me. Newly painted with nice, new, comfy beds. Well appointed overall for the price. And much more space than I expected, on both floors. Minutes away from either downtown and the many hospitals in the Twin Cities. The WiFi is fast and dependable. The best part is working with the owner/caretaker - she is fantastic. She made everything easy and cares about this home and it's guests. A great value indeed. I'm glad I found it.

Super cute and comfortable

I stayed in this Super cute and comfortable duplex while in town for a family reunion. Location is perfect, convenient to restaurants and shopping. Super clean and cozy, and also a quiet neighborhood, comfortable for relaxing on nights I wanted to stay in. This home is tastefully appointed with a spic and span bathroom and everything I needed during my stay. The Host was friendly and helpful and gave good directions to services in the neighborhood and I always arrived home to plenty of on-street parking free of charge. Will definitely stay again thank you!
