Cozy & clean stay in D.C

I had an amazing experience staying here for my nursing travel contract in D.C.so much that this was my second time choosing this property. My landlord Jaccob was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely warm from start to finish. He consistently went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and at home. The space itself was very comfortable, well-maintained, and ideal for an extended stay. One of the things I appreciated most was how accommodating he was. He allowed me to have overnight guests and always made sure everything was smooth and respectful. Jaccob regularly checked in to see if I needed anything and made it clear that my comfort and well-being were a priority. That level of attentiveness really made a difference and created a stress-free, positive living experience. I would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in D.C. I wouldnt hesitate to book again in the future!

Lovely Stay!

I had a great time here and felt very lucky to find this listing! This was my first time using furnished finder and had such a great experience using it i plan on using it for all my other hospital contracts. Jacob was very accommodating and helpful, I really had no issues here at all. The location is great close to a whole foods and aldi. There is a free street car that can take you to Union Station making it very easy to get around the city. I'm only leaving because I took a contract elsewhere but I would easily stay here again if I ever find myself in the area.

Clean and tidy

I had a wonderful stay here! The building offers so many amenities that made day-to-day life easy and enjoyable. The location is also fantastic, with plenty of grocery stores and shops just a short walk away, which made errands super convenient. Above all, Yacouba is an outstanding landlord he takes great care of the property and keeps everything very clean and tidy. Its clear he puts in a lot of effort to make sure tenants feel comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Great find - highly recommended

I stayed at Yacouba's upper floor bedroom for two month - and it was a great experience throughout! Having your landlord actually living in the house has the great benefit of having great quality amenities, well maintained spaces, and not lacking anything - be it in your own bedroom, or in the common areas like the kitchen or living room. So, it is a great place to feel at home, having everything you need already sorted out. Also, Yacouba is an amazing and extremely respectful host and landlord - I have stayed in many shared apartments now, and can comfortably say it rarely feels so natural and welcoming as it did at this place. I fully recommend staying here - and I would have extended my stay, if it was not booked out already!

Excelent place to stay

I stayed at Jacouba's place for two months, and overall, it was a great experience. The location is very convenient, with multiple transportation options to get downtown easily. Theres a city bike rack right next to the building, which came in handy during my stay. The closest metro station is about a 20-minute walk away, and the free streetcar stop is just two blocks from the apartment. Jacouba was a fantastic host, always available and willing to help with anything I needed. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with most of the amenities you'd need for a comfortable stay. Although I didnt experience any security issues in the neighborhood, Id recommend staying aware of your surroundings when walking around at night.

Excellent Place to Stay

I recently finished an 8 month stay with Yacouba in one of his rooms. His home is extremely clean and organized. He is an excellent host with a great place to stay always ensuring tenants are well taken care of and comfortable in what is likely a new city for them. I had an excellent experience staying here and would recommend it to anyone looking for housing in NE DC.

Jacobs openness and professionalism created a safe and welcoming environment, which can sometimes be hard to find. Best Place in DC

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this rental. It has been an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the host/Jacob made me feel incredibly welcome and at home. His hospitality and attentiveness were exceptional, and he went out of his way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The property itself is nice, well maintained, as well as the room. The room is equipped with everything I needed. The host/Jacob made sure I have everything I need. I felt truly happy and content throughout my entire stay there. I easily built a friendship with the host/Jacob. I ended up staying for 7 months. If you are looking for a place where you will feel genuinely comfortable, either for a short or an extended period, I highly recommend this rental.
