Wonderful
This is a charming and quiet neighborhood. The home is warm and inviting. Kevin is great landlord. My husband and I stayed at the home during the winter months. He checked on us Southerns to make sure we were doing good. We stayed for 6 months. It was our home away from home. Its a great location.

perfect for nurses
This property was everything that I needed during my stay in STL. It is close to Barnes Jewish and SLUH. The neighborhood is charming and felt safe the entire time. The famous Hill area is 1 minute away. The landlord was very quick to get back with me if I had any questions. I never had a problem with anything while staying here. If I travel back to STL I will definitely see if this is available again.
