Cozy Beach Condo review

My wife, two cats and I stayed here from April 2025 to December 2025. Justin was accommodating in providing a tour of the two-story condo prior to issuing keys, was responsive during the application process and he supports military. The condo complex has private access and dedicated parking, it's a quiet neighborhood, close to major freeways and shopping areas. During the stay I've had some issues with plumbing due to shared piping among tenants and a leaky washer but Justin provided a new washer the same day & got emergency plumbing out to us asap so we could resume daily activities. The only problem we faced was during move-in when we found that the condo was dirty and we had to do a deep-clean ourselves. Justin was yet again accommodating and took $200 off our rent as a goodwill transaction. Overall I recommend this quiet, roomy condo for any military family looking for a responsible landlord, quiet area close to base.

Great Condo

Justin and Oliva are amazing landlords. The condo has so much space and is so nice I lived there for a year as a military family and enjoyed my stay in the spacious condo. Thank you Justin and Oliva.
