Great Place, Great Landlord

I stayed here for about 10 months and Suzanne was very responsive to all of my needs! The neighborhood is close to everything from the mall to Costco and nearby hospitals. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a space for an extended amount of time! Suzanne took the time to reach out and make sure I was enjoying my stay at her place!

I loved renting from this landlord. She is attentive, collaborative, communicative and quick to fix problems/find alternative solutions. She makes sure everything is well maintained, too. The house is in great condition and felt like home right away. Also, parking in the back instead of on the street was a huge plus!
