Had messaged Avril for their 1 bedroom but ended up staying at their 2 bedroom instead because I had my cats with me and figured we all needed more space. They are the NICEST people EVER! Their property is within a clean, much safer and less crowded location in Newark. She also has a better price and fees in comparison to some of the other landlords that give you a whole in the wall, request ridiculous prices and fees and want to control everything you do, who you see, when you go out and when you come in especially as a female traveler. I felt very safe with Avril and her family. Really nice family and her daughter was so awesome watching my cats while I was away. Really good people! Y'all need to patronize them!!!
