REMODELED RANCH WITH FINISHED BASEMENT AND HOME OFFICE ALSO COMES WITH HOUSEKEEPER

BEST Experience!

We are truly so thankful we chose this landlord to rent from. From start to finish he was AMAZING, understanding and truly so genuine. The home had everything you need and was so cozy and cute and so clean ! We had absolutely no issues at all with the home or landlord. The cleaning crew is absolutely amazing and so sweet as well! Thank you again Matt for allowing us to rent your beautiful home! We would definitely rent any of his homes in the future again (:

Perfect Place to Land

This home was the perfect place for us to land for a few months for surgery recovery after almost a year of nomad living. It's a very well kept up home with all the amenities you need to live in comfort and exhale for a bit. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well-appointed, and the neighborhood quiet and charming. For us and our dog, having the park across the street was a huge plus. In addition, this home comes with biweekly cleaners and any yard details are seen to by others as well. The owner is right on top of things no matter how big or small. He is super easy to work with and we truly enjoyed living in this home. Highly recommend!

Perfect furnished rental!

This is a spectacular rental for any traveling professional or relocating family. The house is well maintained and provides plenty of space for a family. The downstairs is a great space and provides a separate area for remote work. We wouldnt be happier with the month we stayed here.
