Lovely studio, lovely location!

The studio is in a fabulous part of Point Loma, with beautiful walks nearby as well restaurants and coffee shops. The condo is clean and well appointed with everything you might need. The bay walk and Shelter Island walk are two of my favorites in San Diego. Also 10 minutes away is Ocean Beach with a fun Wednesday afternoon market. Street parking by the condo was never a problem and Diane is responsive and helpful if needed. The view is great, the bed is comfortable, doing laundry is easy, and the building is generally quiet. I will be back.

Paradise found!!

Amazing stay!! Cannot say enough good things about this place. It is a small studio space but I still had plenty of room to be comfortable and the location and view is unbeatable! I enjoyed quiet, peaceful mornings on the balcony and watching the sunset sky every night. It is very clean and quiet. The neighborhood is very walkable with lots of restaurants and coffee shops and beautiful paths to walk along. The landlord D made sure I had everything I needed. She is very helpful and quick to respond! I highly recommend this space to anyone looking for paradise!

Quiet location with great view!

Loved staying here! Quiet area, yet walkable distance to pretty much everything you need. Studio has great view of the marina with a little beach across the street. Theres also a little dirt walking path that runs along part of the marina, perfect for sunset strolls. Diane is so nice and reassured me about street parking (I was nervous for street parking but I felt completely safe in that area, I always found a parking spot in front of the condo complex). 10/10 would stay here again.

Look no further, you found your home! Diane is an amazing host, I cannot recommend her enough! She is very professional and responsive - she has been accommodating to my flexing needs allowing me to come a week earlier than planned and with some of my personal back and forth on extension. The studio is like being on a permanent vacation and worth every penny - the view is stunning, the area is peaceful and community here is so kind and chill. This space worked perfectly for my and my pets - they enjoy the view from the balcony as much as I do. I've lived here for almost 5 months and I wish I didn't have to leave! Diane has thought of every detail - there is lots of storage & has every little kitchen/home thing you could need. I work remotely and have never had issues w wifi speed/connection. I work from a folding table that I brought and setup by the window - it worked perfectly for me. If you are a travel nurse, there are huge black out curtains and you'll get all the rest you need!

Cozy stay

My wife and I had a very nice stay at Ds cozy studio. The studios located within walking distance to several restaurants, marinas, and there are beautiful paths to walk along San Diego Bay. The condo is very peaceful and has a small patio to enjoy morning coffee and sunsets. We didnt spend much time at the pool or fitness room but the grounds are clean and well kept. The studio is one room with a Murphy bed which was okay for us since we were only there for a month and a half. Ds description is very accurate and she was great with communication if we needed anything or had any questions.

Exceptional Stay for one

This condo was such a treat. Unbeatable location with a view of the water, and steps from the yacht club. Absolutely safe and walkable with tons of restaurants and cute shops nearby. The unit is small but mighty and has fantastic storage. It could be tight for two people but was perfect for one. The balcony and pool make every day feel like a vacation. Wish I could gate-keep this one, but that wouldn't be fair! The owner, D, works nearby and was so kind and helpful throughout my stay. I was relocating from across the country and I had some questions about SD. She consistently went above and beyond. Also, there is not a designated parking spot, but I literally never had an issue finding parking at the apartment which is amazing for San Diego. I would have stayed for months if my work commute was not so far. 10/10
