Fantastic Hosts set this place apart

My family and I stayed here from mid-March through late April with two small dogs. I'll skip the area notes since other reviewers cover that well, and instead focus on what set this stay apart: the hosts. The house itself is high quality and exactly as listed: clean, well-maintained, and move-in ready. The bigger story is the hosts. They were consistently quick to respond throughout our stay, provided recommendations, and were a joy to work with. Their approach to pets also went past the usual "dogs allowed" line. One of our dogs can't manage stairs, and they helped us get a baby gate set up so we didn't have to improvise on day one. If you're a traveling professional looking for a reliable host and a place that's genuinely set up for a longer stay, this is a strong choice. We'd happily book again.

Beautiful Place and Convenient Spot

The neighborhood this condo is in is super relaxed. Dog park a minute walk away makes it great for dogs and after-work chatting. Offbeat coffee is a 5 minute walk for the best matcha and every Sunday theres a farmers market a 5 minute walk away under an overpass with another market on Saturdays a ten minute drive away. Its also only 5 minutes from Target and the city center. Close to any store youll need and surrounded by amazing food spots. Owners are very accommodating and respond quickly when you need help or have questions. Absolutely loved how professional they were. Apartment itself is huge (like 30 ft ceilings) and beautiful. All the appliances you could need are included, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. In-unit washer and dryer plus the dishwasher were lifesavers. We would absolutely stay here again if we come back to Sacramento. Thank you so much Juhi for making this stay in Sacramento amazing! I really hope we can come back in the future.

Amazing Property w/ an Amazing Location

I booked this property for my first travel assignment. The contract was initially 13 weeks, but I decided to extend for another two months. The owners were very accommodating and professional with my request and any of my needs during my entire stay. The property is located five minutes away from UC Davis hospital, just as advertised which made my commute to/from work quick and easy. My favorite part of this location was that grocery stores, eateries and downtown Sacramento were literally less than 10 minutes away. The neighborhood has a safe and clean walking trail as well as a dog park, the community and all the neighbors are extremely kind and helpful. The doors are accessible by key and passcode only which ensures safety. Overall, my five month stay was extremely comfortable and I would 10 out of 10 recommend booking this location!

Prime Location, Luxury accomidations

I stayed in the upper unit at this property for my first travel assignment in Sacramento and extended my stay for the remainder of my contract. It's close to many locations but my favorites include a 3 minute drive to target, a 6 minute drive to sprouts and land park which is great for running, walking, golf etc. The condo is up the street from major highways, a quick drive to midtown, and up the street from a weekly Sunday farmers market. The property owners are accommodating, kind, and provide helpful info about surrounding areas for first time travelers or tenants unfamiliar with the city. They also put a TV in the upstairs unit, which I appreciated. I feel safe here because there's an external door to the building which can only be accessed by key or fingerprint. The front door to the unit also requires a code and each bedroom has its own lock and key. Also the owners have relationships with other owners in the building and keep tenants informed which adds additional safety.

Luxurious and comfortable apartment

I stayed here when I did a medical school rotation at UC Davis and it was perfect for me and my small dog. The apartment is spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable. It is stocked with all of your basic household necessities (cookware, kitchen supplies, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, etc.) A really beautiful space with huge windows and high ceilings. High end appliances and a huge TV. It's in a nice quiet community located super close to fun areas like midtown. Very safe area. I walked my dog at all hours without any issues. Small park and dog park just across the street. Bring your bocce ball set. It is about a 10 minute drive to UCD Medical Center or a 15-20 minute bike ride. Commuting was very easy. Juhi and Pushkal were accommodating, responsive, and made sure I had a great stay while I was in Sacramento. Especially the time I locked myself out (sorry again!!) I would highly recommend staying at this property during your long term visit to Sacramento. Thanks again for a great stay!! -Omar

LuxLoft 2BD/2BA Review!

My husband and I stayed at this property and we LOVED it! I will be recommending it to anyone who needs a place to stay in Sacramento. Everything is exactly as pictured - clean, nice, + new. The high ceilings are beautiful and make it feel spacious. Juhi the host is very accommodating and left the place fully stocked with everything wed need (including a new dog bed and toys for our fur friend). :) She went above and beyond to provide a hospitable stay and made us feel right at home. We travel A LOT for work and this was the first apartment I was genuinely excited about staying in. The neighborhood is nice, kind neighbors, lots of young professionals and pretty dog-friendly. I would highly recommend this property to any traveling professionals looking for a cozy clean spot to stay in the city!

Great Stay Close To Downtown

Awesome stay minutes from midtown. Perfect location for an easy commute to anywhere in the sacramento area. Very clean and lovely home with nice views of the city. Nice high ceilings. The perfect home away from home.

The place was very clean and described as the photos show. J is a great hostess that is very accommodating and attentive to your needs. Would stay again!
