Montrose Place Apartment No.6 1bed/1bath

We enjoyed our stay at Adriana's place. The wifi was plenty fast for WFH days, and the location is excellent, especially the proximity to the HEB just behind the property. We appreciated the ability to bring our dog with us, and the deposit amounts were much more reasonable than other listings in Houston. I will miss evening walks at The Menil!

The property owners were very welcoming and accommodating. We needed to find a place to land with our cats while we had our flooring replaced in our home. Most FF property owners declined right away or requested extremely high deposits, which we would have considered if the owners here had not offered us a reasonable rate. The apartment space was comfortable and incredibly convenient. Parking was always available, and someone could be easily reached to address any questions or issues. Bottled water and cleaning supplies were complementary, and the appliances were new and worked very well. As a responsible and clean multi-cat family, we were glad to have such a welcoming and comfortable place to stay for a month and a half. The location was conveniently in walking distance to HEB; has a patio out front with tree coverage, and it is centrally located in Montrose--which was great for walks. Would definitely recommend. I love this property! It has all the amenities you need for a fully furnished space. The grocery store is walking distance along with bars, restaurants and dog parks. The Medical center is less than a 15 min drive making it an easy commute for nurses or medical professionals. The neighborhood is safe and has a lot to offer. It has truly been a perfect location. A and D are approachable and personable, making this a wonderful experience. I would recommend this space to anyone.

Awesome place to stay if working in the Texas Medical Center. Easy drive into work, a quiet neighborhood, HEB grocery store right behind and other stores and restaurants close by. The owners are some of the friendliest people. The unit was newly renovated and they checked in to ensure the unit had everything I needed. Would recommend staying here.
