Very nicely furnished with great views. Quiet environment in a semi rural setting yet only one mile off of US 101. Short drive to either Arroyo Grande or Santa Maria. Very large closet area. Lots of windows that provides a sunny environment. Just a really nice place.
Space
A very private and nicely furnished casita. Parking space is right outside the front door. Beautiful views of the Arroyo Grande Valley. Little or no traffic in the area although only a mile off hiway 101. A roll away bed is included for possible occasional guest.
We will consider a cat as a pet.

Beautiful Home & Amazing Hosts
This is such a beautiful, peaceful, and comfortable place to stay. The home is exceptionally clean, spacious, and thoughtfully maintained, with everything needed for a comfortable extended stay. The property is quiet and private with beautiful surroundings, while still being conveniently located. The space feels very welcoming and has all the comforts of home, making it an especially great option for a longer stay. The homeowners are incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating, which makes the experience even better. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, peaceful, and perfect place to call home during their stay. I felt very lucky to stay here!

Highly recommended!
This was a fantastic place to stay! It was very quiet and the view of the valley was gorgeous . The owners were incredible and the quarters had everything one could need. The kitchen is big enough to really get down to culinary business and the in-unit washer and dryer is very convenient.
