House Nora Room 2

Secure and Comfortable!!

I had a enjoyable time staying here! The shower temperature and pressure was nice! I will say the upstairs bathroom is low-key small. The house is cozy, and I like how the front door has a double lock. It made me feel super safe! The house Manager is always on top of things, such as taking out the trash and cleaning the kitchen. The location is close to Gonzaga, and Safeway where I could pick up my groceries easily. Overall, very clean and would recommend staying here if you are looking for a place to live! :)

cozy room perfect for one

I had an excellent experience staying in this room - the room and house were just like the pictures, the house manager was very helpful and responsive, and the home was clean and cozy. Great location close to Gonzaga and downtown. It also had a very comfy porch swing that was great for relaxing. I initially signed for 2 months but I liked the place so much that I added another 6 months to my stay, and the entire process was very smooth and easy! I look back fondly on my time at this house and was pleased with my decision to stay there. Would absolutely stay again - it was a great value for the price, and I highly recommend it!

nice room, good heating control, fixes issues prompty after reporting

After living in Gonzaga's Dorms for 2 years, most of which were a constant emailing with Gonzaga's service staff because for an entire winter, my dorm had a ton of water leaks in the roof, leading to some pretty nasty black mold. I did report it, to "fix it," they barely gave me an air purifier as a "fix". Unlike Gonzaga's awful dormitories, this place fixes its issues promptly after you report them. The bed is really good, much better than those found in dorms. It has a very nice temperature control in the room itself to suit those who prefer a cold or warm environment, as they have individual room heaters. The hot water system is very good, and it has very good pressure. Wifi is great too, never had issues even though I am a hardcore gamer. Something to note is that the house does need a paint job, but other than that, it's a lot better than most options Gonzaga has to offer.
