Cons and Pros

Cons: Wasn't clean upon entry (rusted dishes and trash). Had to buy my own just to cook. No timely responses (2-3 days). Lied about door code being changed and withheld my deposit, so I went over to the apartment and open the door, sent video proof of me opening the door with the same code that he gave me. Magically my deposit was in my account the next day. Pros: The location of the townhouse is wonderful if you're working at OSU/The James. You're right off the highway, and not far from the airport. You're right next to North Short, and super close to downtown, leading to a variety of different activities you can partake on the weekends. Grocery stores like Kroger, and Aldi are within 10-12 minutes and plenty of restaurants to choose from.
