Nice and quiet
Me and my wife and son stayed here for almost 8 months, the landlord was very attentive to our needs. The place is divided into 3 bedrooms and has a washer and dryer which is nice. The backyard is nice and the driveway was definitely a plus. I worked in Corvallis and the drive there and back was not bad. The place is well kept.

Wonderful Renal
My family of 6 stayed in this house for about 4 months. The house is spacious and had everything we needed. It has a big yard and a hot tub, which were fun for the kids. The neighbors were very friendly and it's in a cul-de-sack so there practically no traffic. It's location is great, it's about 10 minuets from anywhere you need to go on a frequent basis. The renters were also very friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend renting this property.
