Amazing stay!

I had the best experience staying at this property during my fieldwork placement. The owners were incredibly attentive and made sure I had everything I needed, from cooking supplies to any small items that helped the space feel comfortable and functional. They truly went above and beyond and always made me feel at home. The neighborhood was very safe, and I appreciated the flood lighting around the home, which gave me great peace of mind when coming and going. The apartment itself was cozy, welcoming, and quickly became a home away from home during my few months in Roanoke. I am so grateful for such a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to stay here again if the opportunity came up!

Excellent Property

We rented this property for our son during his summer internship and couldnt be more pleased with the experience. The apartment is located in a beautiful, safe, and scenic neighborhood. Inside, its spacious, thoughtfully laid out, tastefully remodeled, and equipped with all the amenities one could needoffering both comfort and privacy. The owners are truly exceptionalwarm, welcoming, and attentivewhich gave us great peace of mind while our son was living far from home. If you're looking for a place to stay in the Roanoke area, we highly recommend this property. Its hard to imagine a better place to call home.

This unit is in a great, quiet neighborhood that is close to everything you need. The owners are kind, genuine people, easy to communicate with, who always made sure I was taken care of. I couldn't recommend this place enough. I would definitely stay again!

Excellent Experience!

My experience at this property was excellent, and if I were to go back to Roanoke for a contract I'd definitely stay again! This unit is in the basement of a super kind families home. The space is perfect size and all the kitchen appliances you need are provided! Super nice space, very homie, and in a great neighborhood!

Perfect spot

This unit was so perfect for my needs as a night shift nurse. I rented the unit for 5ish months and never had a single issue. The homeowners are very kind and a breeze to communicate with. They provide a space with total privacy, where it was easy and comfortable to rest between shifts. I loved the location. The home is tucked into a quiet neighborhood. It is close to RMH and conveniently located with grocery stores and restaurants within a mile. I appreciated the security with the key pad entry and it is stylishly decorated. You will love having a full kitchen that is well equipped. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again.
