Broken AC with refusal to fix.

The landlord is very slow to responding to maintenance requests. In the short time i stayed there, i experienced a malfunctioning" thermostat, a broken fridge, a broken washing machine and lighting issues throughout the house. While the lighting and fridge were replaced in a timely manner, they have refused to repair the washing machine or the thermostat. In the winter it wouldget as cold as 62 degrees in the house and now in the spring i have to try to sleep during the day with the inside temp at 78! The lease agreement states that the temp with be maintained at or below 72.
