Really nice place! The landlord is upfront about what he expects, which is super helpful. The neighborhoods quiet and close to public transit. chill and peaceful stay in cali , the neighbors are nice.. u will hear some footsteps and its normal coz ur downstairs, its not that perfect but its a very decent cozy place to stay, u cant beat the location of this place.ur like in the center of LA.every restaurant every tourist spots are just near. Its more Win than lose for this place.
