This spacious move-in ready, fully furnished room is in a split level house on a large corner lot in a quiet neighborhood. The front entrance, kitchen and front living room are shared with the owners, but previous tenants have felt a great deal of privacy in their comings and goings because the owners are primarily in the back of the house which occupies the owners bedroom, bathroom and a family room.

Best place to stay for medical professionals when traveling to New Haven! The family is wonderful! They make you feel at home and are very friendly. You will have no issues and they are very down to earth. They made me feel very welcomed and will assist with anything you need if you have any questions. House is clean and well kept. Hospitals are close and the drive is quick and easy. Lots of food in the area and it's easy to find things to do. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

A quiet oasis
Delightful home in a pleasant neighborhood. Were a family of 3, and we stayed for 1 month and loved it. The hosts primarily stay in a separate space, and when we do cross paths they were pleasant and attentive to our needs. We would definitely stay again.

You will love this place!! The owner family is super kind. I made tons of memories with them. And the foods in this town are amazing. You will get the best pizza in the world, Jersey Mikes, five guys and ice cream anytime you want.
