Cozy

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here . The apartment was cozy and clean. The mgr was quick to take care of any issues I had. I also felt very safe in the area. Especially with a police station just a few buildings down the road. Grove Tower has some great restaurants within walking distance and can be quite entertaining.

Great apartment!

This was a great place to stay while in St. Louis. It is an upstairs unit, but you never hear the downstairs neighbors. Very calm and quiet neighborhood, but just one street over from many restaurants. The apartment is the perfect size and has a lot of charm. There is plenty of space in the unit to store your belongings. Barnes Jewish Hospital is just a 15 minute walk that feels safe.

Cozy Home Away From Home

This unit is just darling! The bright windows, the spacious layout, and just about every item you would need to get you started in a new home. The building is beautiful, the Neighborhood is the exact amount of city we needed, and there is always parking out front! As artists, we really felt this home satisfied our creative needs and honestly felt like a retreat! We felt supported with any questions we had and were always met with kindness! Fantastic stay and already miss our little home away from home! Hope to return!

4-month travel assignment

Jessica was very responsive to the needs that came. up. Met several neighbors and enjoyed my time in the Grove. The walk to work was simple, and I enjoyed going to the park every day. I will rent again. It's just a little too expensive. I have a home in Georgia that I have to stll maintain.

Wonderful area! It is next to police station for safety. One street away from the Grove with several shopping/dining options. Fenced in yard. Private driveway. The property Mng is amazing! The place looks just like the pictures if not better.

Cute and Cozy! close to BJC, restaurants, and other activities

I chose to stay here for my first travel assignment and so glad I did. It was about a 15 minute walk from Barnes-Jewish Hospital. I walked to and from work everyday, until It started getting very dark. It's a nice quiet area, with a police station directly across the street. There are also shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. There is always something to do within a 10 minute drive, if interested. The apartment itself was just as pictured. I absolutely loved it and Jessica was so easy to work with. She is very prompt with her responses and if any issues arose she handled them swiftly. I would stay here again if the opportunity arose.

Safe, Convient, and Cozy Rental

Stayed here 3 months. Property Manager Jess was nice and responsive. Didn't have any complaints during stay, needs were met. Area is great and police sub station directly across street. Within walking distance to popular Grove Tower strip, and park. Nice area to jog and walk dog. Recommended to any fellow healthcare travelers.

WARNING!

As a female, I felt very unsafe here! Landlord threatened to enter my apartment for a showing, even when I told her it was not a good time and to come back any other time during the day. She made it clear she didn't care and told me she was coming in anyways! This apartment had SO MANY issues, such as no hot water, no AC! The stove fan still isn't fixed. I had to beg them to do basic yard maintenance due to bugs (also yard is NO longer fenced) false advertising! And the list goes on. Please know that the Landlord has illegally held my deposit because I wrote this review. I've been a traveling nurse for years and I've stayed in good places and bad places, but this is the first time I've had to get a lawyer involved. Be careful!!!
