Where to begin! How about hats off to Lise and Matt! It was a pleasure to interact with them not only as humans but also as landlords. Wonderful people! The gated community itself is nicely maintained and in a great location within walking distance of a very cool trail, grocery stores, restaurants, gyms and the hospital. It is relatively quiet and diverse with friendly neighbors. The townhouse is super comfy and has a homey feel. The outdoor decks have backdrops of granite boulders, brush and wildlife-so serene! There are many places to sit and enjoy yourself inside and out. The gas fireplace was one of my favorite features as well as the stocked kitchen. It has everything you can imagine! All the appliances are high end. I appreciated its eclectic decor, ample storage, excellent lighting, cleanliness and fresh smell. I found myself not wanting to leave! I give the experience 11 out of 10 stars having stayed in dozens of rentals in Prescott and around the world.

Great renting experience

I had the pleasure of renting this property for 15 months and would do it again in a heartbeat. The property is comfortable, quiet, peaceful, and has everything you might need. There was a great tenant/landlord relationship that made it very easy to communicate and be confident in my stay there. Highly recommended!
