Great Location
This is a quiet location with bus line and Rosauers just 2 blocks away! Comfortably furnished with great tv and fast internet, air fryer/toaster oven, microwave and hot plate. Gas fireplace with adjustable thermostat. Manito Park just a 15 minute walk.

Comfortable and Convenient
The apartment has good water pressure and a comfortable bed. The neighborhood is quiet, and the apartment is within walking distance to good restaurants and parks. It's also just a 10-minute drive to the university district so is perfect for visiting students or families. Stan and Susan are wonderful hosts!

Amazing Garage Apartment
Great apartment with a great host - very courteous to anything we needed during our stay. Close to amenities and parks. Great neighborhood too. Stayed here for a couple of months with my girlfriend. No issues here!
