great studio apartment in Greenwood village

Perfect little condo right off I-25

This condo had everything I needed for a stay near Denver Tech Center. Fully stocked with kitchenware / houseware / linens, updated bathroom, plentiful storage, and great AC. The building has a shared laundry room on the ground floor, which takes quarters. I didn't rely on the small gym, but used the treadmill on occasion. The complex felt very safe, including in the parking lot at night. Never had an issue finding a spot. Barely noticed the neighbors around me coming and going. It's on the second floor out of three, so I was a tad worried that noise would carry from the upstairs unit, but it was barely noticeable. Tim was such an accommodating landlord, which made my stay even better. He encouraged me to improve things about the unit and he would cover the cost. Very generous and appreciated. Only left due to an unplanned relocation, otherwise would have happily stayed longer.

Wonderful Place

Loved staying here for three months. Tim is so great with every question I had concerning the unit. Quiet. Safe. Lots of restraunts, parks and direct access to the highway. I will definitely stay here again when I'm back in the Denver area.

Studio apartment review - Boston commons

I enjoyed my stay in my studio apartment. The new landlord Tim has been amazing with getting things rectified in the place if need be & hes also transparent. Hes super accommodating and understanding which is helpful given the nature of temporary contracts. The unit next to me was having AC issues and he texted me to make sure I was ok, otherwise he was prepared to send someone out to check. Literally, you will not have a bad experience if you come here! Obviously not having in unit laundry can be tough, but its really not bad. Washer/dryers are never occupied when I go to use them.
